got to spend some time with some soldiers tonight

Mudpuppi Game Calls asked me to help him at an outdoor banquet tonight. It was held at Fort Stewart, home of the 3rd Id mechanized unit. These guys have been heavy hitters for the US Army over seas during the war. A bunch of them just recently came back home.

I come from a military family and have great respect for them. It was awesome to see all the soldiers coming out to have fun, but even better to see them enjoying it with their kids. I had a blast running calls, shaking hands with our soldiers, and teaching kids some things. I cant wait for the season to get here.
