OK my significant other has a new one.
She takes a thin sliced deer steak (back strap, tenderloin, ham...) and cuts then into smaller sizes nothing specific just smaller. Then she takes Chive and Onion Phille Cream Cheese and dopes it down the middle. Then roll it up and wrap on the bacon and spear with a tooth pick. Grill it or broil it in the oven. These babies are good.
