Tennessee Outfitter Recommendations?

Looking toward central or western Tennessee for the 2012 spring trip.

Anyone have any outfitters that you recommend in those areas?

We have a mobility impaired member of our group and outfitted hunts usually can help his odds of getting a bird.  He can only walk a couple of hundred yards at a time due to a broken neck as a teen and the damage from that.
We do want to camp and hunt public a couple extra days afterwards and try to fill tags three and maybe four if we get so lucky.

coffe county has a good bit of hunting oppertunity public and private private land is kinda hard to come by but it can be had
