Hey guys,
I need the help of my fellow call makers. I just got a lathe for Christmas (YEAH me)! The problem is I know very little about lathes. What kind of chucks and other widgets do I need in order to turn strikers and do some hollowing out the insides of a slate call along the lines of an E.L. Wisor slate and trumpet calls? If any one has any links to demonstrate what I am asking about I would greatly appreciate it.
