Gentlemen,
I'm looking to get rid of the scope I currently have on my 835, and replace it with a Mueller site. I had a Mueller on my 535 and liked it, but it had to go with the gun as part of the deal.
Now I have a Weaver base on my gun now, but it doesn't have enough slots to accomodate the Mueller.
That being said, I still don't like the length of the Weaver base, and was wondering if there is anything shorter that would give a cleaner look that you can mount the Mueller on.
