Have a buddy who got some wood and he brought it to the house today and we chunked it on lathe.  First time I have ever turned a stabilized piece of wood. May not be the last either. And doggoned if it doesnt sound even better than it looks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stabilized box elder

This guy got the wood from someone on eBay. He said he paid $25 for one piece and $19 for the other. He liked it so well he ordered four more pieces from the guy yesterday
