Am I missing something? It looks like a life jacket with pockets, like the guys have to wear while wade fishing controlled dams in some places. The real tree guys ripping off mossy oak with limited edition vests with metal zippers on call pockets is kinda wild too?

I think the same thing then I see how many people out there are willing to spend it... Kinda like the early YETI days, everyone balked at the price until you started seeing one in every boat / truck bed you passed - now I cant even count how many high dollar roto molded cooler companies there are. (Shoutout to the OG IcyTeks for those that remember)

Watched same video and wasn't  really impressed. Looks like they incorporated some of the design of the last strut light vest. I ran with last strut last season had some loose stitching and Rodgers replaced it. Still looking for a light comfy vest.

I can't stand  the seat wish they would of made it more comfortable.  Other  than that no complaints.

agreed, I will say however overall I find the sitka one to be my favorite ive tried (which is more then a few).  I do wish the seat was a bit more comfy and there were a pocket or 2 more in it. Besides that though its a fantastic vest
It's hard for me to get rid of my Sitka vest. Love that thing.

I admittedly have a yeti cooler, it does double as my poling platform on my John boat for backcountry fishing missions so it's only half lame I hope.
