Water in your Cuddeback Capture?
July 28, 2011, 06:26:14 PM
3 years ago I had a couple of my Cuddeback Capture game cams get water in them. The factory said they had never heard of this issue (of course). So I paid to get them repaired. Since then I have had no issues with my cams.
Yesterday I went to check my Dad's 3 cams on his property. 2 of the 3 had water in them and weren't working. So before I call Cuddeback, I wanted to see if any of you have experienced this issue.
Anyone have this happen on a Cuddeback Capture?

I have been using the capture for a few years now and I have never had any problem with them at all. Except the sorry waist of human existence that have stolen three of them. Good luck with their customer service, Ive heard it sucks.

I've never had a problem with customer service. They've always been polite, and the turn around time is pretty fast.

We haven't had any water problem but a friend had water get in several of his.
What pisses me of is having to download new firmware every few months.
Only certain batteries work well in cuddebacks. The IR eats up any kinda battery we put in it - 500-600 pics max. Have had trouble with customer service as well.
Will not buy another Cuddeback!
