Anyone have a RSI pressure trace II?

Curious if anyone has used or uses one of these? I am getting tired of paying 40$ not including shipping or the price of the shells im giving them for none of the tungsten to be recovered. Its to the point where I would be better off making sure the shell is safe with the RSI then shipping it off for final validation. thanks for any input
