First Time Wingbone Building

Built my first Wingbone call this year. I have the call already for the thread wrapping and got some rod wrapping thread. I have a few questions about this wrapping though. How's does everyone wrap the joints? Do you do it by hand or have some sort of jig that you use? Anyone know of any videos of the whole process that I could watch to learn how to do it correctly?
