Hi folks, I was notified that a post was listed regarding the magazine I publish, so I wanted to address it. I appreciate the attention it's been receiving and I apologize that my website is still not finished (had to fire the web designer and start over which is creating a massive delay). Info regarding the magazine is that it only contains 5% advertising because I dislike others which contain upwards of 25% which cuts into the content and photographs that you are paying for. A single copy is $10.95 while a subscription is $34.95 (4 issues). I'm getting fantastic reviews on the first one which was released in April. The next will be released during the first week of July (2022, of course). I have first issues on hand if anyone wishes to obtain them. I can take check/money order and PayPal at the moment. Please contact me by phone at (470) 439-0267 or email at gstover@turkeyhuntermag.com (or freebird1228@gmail.com). I want to thank those of you who have promoted my magazine, and I welcome questions and comments from those who have not yet purchased one. Best regards, Gary Stover

That's correct, $34.95. That includes any sales tax, postage, and fees. It's a steal at that price considering I don't plaster at least a third of the pages with advertisements. Consider that, in reality, you are getting double content compared to my competition. It's a little more difficult to make money when you're putting out a premium-grade magazine (heavy, premium-grade paper instead of the tissue paper that is used in other magazines along with high-definition photos that are rarely included elsewhere). I'm one guy, not a massive corporation that can afford to put out what I am but choosing not to. Remember the "old" Turkey and Turkey Hunting Magazine? That publication was discontinued due to corporate decisions while still making money. Now they put one magazine out a year that is barely a shadow of its former self. Quality paper and printing costs are at an all-time high, but I don't have the corporate ads or sponsorships paying my bills. What the competition brings in is pure profit, not so with me. I'm not in any way trying to embarrass you, just giving you the info needed to make an educated choice. Thanks, Gary

With what I spend on everything associated with turkey hunting I would give it a go. I really miss having a turkey mag to flip through and read.
