Under Armour X Storm Field Pants in mossy oak obsession. 40x32
Were a gift a few years ago and were too big which I did wear some one Season by cinching the belt, liked the pants so much, bought the correct waist size and these have been sitting.
Just so some don't get confused with X Storm, they are not rain pants, just a DWR treatment. Attached link describes them
