Question for mouth call makers

I've been making my own mouth calls since last season, and have been fairly successful until I ran out of precut prophylactic. For some reason, it's hard to come by right now. So my only option was to buy the bulk packages of unrolled condoms from pioneer call supply and cut it myself. One problem. I cannot for the life of me cut the strips straight. When precut, they're perfectly rectangular and straight as an arrow. With my crooked cuts, the pieces of proph don't lay evenly with a symmetrical gap between reeds. Any ideas how to do this? I've tried using a razor blade with a straightedge guide, stretching it and cutting with sharp scissors, etc. Anybody tried this?

Can't really help you with your dilemma, but it does make me wonder what the reason is for the unavailability of pre-cut proph from suppliers?...  ???

Google OLFA rotary cutter.  Also get a cutting mat that is marked in cm and a plastic ruler.  It will help you cut a straight line.

One of my personal current interests is nest predators and how a majority of hunters, where legal bait to the extent of chumming coons.  However once they get the predators concentrated they don't control them.
