Private message question

I responded to a pm last night on the laptop but I can't find it in my sent messages. Am I doing something wrong or looking in the wrong area?

I've noticed this a few times in the past. They usually respond, but I'm always concerned that the recipient didn't get my pm.

Click Profile. Then hover over Modify Profile.

Select Personal Messaging.

Check the box for saving a copy of each personal message.

Click Change Profile.

Your sent message will be saved in your Outbox.
