Tight pattern

Has anyone seen or does anyone on here achieve over 300 pellet count or plus that in a 10 in circle at 40
Yards with a benelli m2 shooting 3 inch #9 or any 20 gauge with factory or hand loads most of the pattern pictures I see are around 250

My m2 with a 562 sumtoy does 320s with a 1 7/16 load

I gave up posting pics on here long ago so can't help with that
