I am attempting to mount a Vortex Venom thru an aftermarket protector to the picatinny mount that came with the sight. The factory torx screws are too short, and will not hold under recoil. Anyone know where I can get longer torx or hex cap screws with the correct thread pattern? No luck at local hardware store or with Vortex. Any help is greatly appreciated.
