I've only entered one time but I went into it with the plan to build a call that will call in turkeys. Tried to put the best fit and finish that I could to show case my work. Even tho I did place I didn't win and that's ok with me because I know the judges give their time without any rewards. No matter where you place you are still showcasing your work to a bunch of hunters who attend that may have never seen or heard one of your calls. I didn't enter this year because the only one who will hear your call will be the few that get to attend. Next year will be different and maybe I will enter again, maybe not but it will not because of the way judging went last year. My hat off to the guys who donate their time and efforts ...
