I think they are one of the most under used  and seldom made calls, yet they sound really good.

I have to agree 100% with A J when he says they are under used. I made a tube out of PVC tube about a year and a half ago and could never make it work. I started turning my own about six months ago and learned how to use them right and you will never catch me in the woods without one again.

It took me a while to learn to use one and they have their own distinctive sound. I always carry one in my vest.

Gene just got the calls from the mail box and they are sweet.
some fine sounding kee kee runs and excellent gobbles.

The natural voice and the tube call can't be beat.
