Winchester Model 12 20ga value

I have a buddy that is willing to sell me a model 12 20ga 2 3/4 28in full choke. The gun is in decent shape and just needs a good cleaning. I was wondering what the value of such a gun is? I have a 12ga model 12 with a 22 in barrel and was thinking about adding a 20ga to the collection.

At least $500.00 , if it's in nice condition. 20 gauge bring more money than a 12 ga.

$400 to $600 depending on condition. And that's coming from a buddy of mine who's owned a gun shop 40 years and specializes in Model 12s.
