Trouble posting pics

For some reason I am unable to post pics to this site. Anyone else have this issue and does anyone know of a solution?

Just go online and search for a tool that converts photos to JPG. Once they are converted, just download them to your files and they will load right on here when you attach them to your post....

Still not working. Saying file is too large

After you converted it, did you download it to your computer files? Once you download it to your files hit "browse" and use the copy you downloaded to the file. I do it on an  iPad

Won't work that way even if he does that and the pictures are still to large. Some simply have to be resized. Also he may be using jpeg to begin with.

I'm doing it all from my phone. It's a Samsung. The original photos are jpeg and says the file is 3.8mb. Not sure how to resize them.

I figured it out. Needed an app on my phone to resize the pics.
