Reducing the bag limit will help some but not to the extent of eliminating decoys, which they should've done. The average Joe will still be able to put out a full strut and shoot dominate gobblers . The only skill necessary will be avoiding getting run over as the turkey approaches the deke. I don't like it.

This is about like gun laws more laws only hurt the honest folks,it is plain and simple poor management by the dnr ,this will not do anything to help turkey populations.If they really want to help turkey populations improve turkey habitat and trap predators,we also need some dry springs more than anything.
