Has anyone got their hands on one of these yet? I am thinking about trying out a 20ga for the season but don't know anyone who has one yet. Thanks!

I bought the 20ga affinity elite during waterfowl season this year. Shoulders really well (compared to my BPS 10ga). Haven't patterned it for turkey just yet but haven't had any cycling issues with any loads so nothing to complain about. Fun little gun.

I have one as well. I got the optifade timber with the 26" barrel(wish it were 24" but not a deal breaker). It is light weight and even so, doesn't recoil nearly as fierce as a 3" 12 gauge. With 3" TSS #9 it patterns great. I use a Sumtoy .562 or a Jebs .570 in it. It's odd, but the .570 patterns a little tighter than the .562.....plus it's already drilled and tapped....

Thanks guys! I've still got the ole faithful 12ga but really leaning towards a 20 this season. I've jumped into the TSS craze and have been blown away from the performance out of my 12. I can't wait to see what I can get out of a 20. It also helps that I'll be saving myself a couple of pounds of carrying weight on the switch. I just recently moved to NE Alabama from hunting flat ag and swamps so trekking up these hills is a little different ballgame.
I'm a little concerned there aren't more people that have experience with the Elite's but I think the company's reputation has been good throughout the years. Now the real challenge will be finding one in stock somewhere.

The Elites are just enhanced versions of the "regular" Affinity. The have a larger bolt release, a larger bolt handle, cerekote on the receiver and barrel, enhanced front sight bead, and extended chokes. They come in those two colors, marsh and timber (I got the grey "timber" for turkeys). I like the cerekote. It seems more durable than the hydro dipping. It is dull finished and doesn't seem it would be out of place in the woods. It was already drilled and tapped and I put the Weaver base made for the Benelli/Affinity on mine. It's a thin base and I put the red dot in the weaver style base it came with right down close to the receiver. It is Weaver base #48339. I bought an extra for my son but he went with Remington. The base and photos is for sale in the classifieds on this site.
