3" Remington 1100 barrel/choke for TSS #7.5

I have 2 different 3" Remington 1100's. I have an extra 30" full choke barrel that I am planning on cutting down and threading for choke tubes. Since I don't have any Remington Choke tubes, I was thinking of threading it for Browning Invector Plus choke tubes, because I have a few Brownings that use them, all my choke tubes are Briley extended tubes, so it would give me a bit more flexibility in using the 1100 for more than just turkeys.

Yes, I realize that the ID of the Rem 1100 barrel is smaller than the Browning, by roughly 0.011", and that might have to be taken into consideration with regards to the choke tube.  This isn't my first time doing something like this, I made an 0.800" ID barrel for my 12 ga Model 12 (similar to a Stan Baker Big Bore Barrel except I machined the chamber into the barrel blank).

The biggest question that I have is what choke constriction to get for the TSS shells?? I'd rather NOT have to buy a bunch of choke tubes to check the pattern.

Here in Indiana (as of 2021) we are limited to using #7 1/2 to #4 shot for turkeys, can't use #9's. I will be rolling my own shells just as soon as I can find some Cheddite or Rio skived hulls. I already have the shot, overpower cards and wads here.

Thanks!

.675... specifically an older Rem HS SF choke shoots lights out with TSS 8s, 8x9s, and 9s in my 1187. Have not shot 7.5s. Most good hunting patterns with TSS from standard bore diameters come from choke diameters of .670-.690. Chokes in the .660-.665 range often put up very high numbers at the expense of wiggle room.

Thank you very much!! That gives me something to look for.
