Buying Airfare

I've been looking around and it seems the price of flights is still under what it was. I'm trying to find a deal on a couple of April flights. How far out do you guys find the best prices?

If you know the exact dates and no the airline book it as soon as you see a good deal the closer it get the higher the price. If you know your airline and you see it a lot cheaper cancel your first reservation credit on the new one but if it's not substantial it's not worth the trouble

Just book it. Most if not all waive cancelation fees.
