Working on this closed reed distress for a gentleman in Kentucky...love how this call is turning out. Scored some more of this wood already rk spin up a few more calls.

That is some pretty wood, and some really nice turning. I've noticed on alot of your turnings the rough ring you apply, is that done by hand or do you have a tecnique for doing that on the lathe? Thanks
