When's everyone's season start this year. I have to wait till April 16th!!!
Connecticut always starts on a Wednesday. This year it's April 25. Youth is the week before I believe.

I will be out for Learn to Hunt mentoring April 6th-8th, Youth Season April 14th-15th and then open season is April 18th!!

May first here in NY and they only let us hunt them til noon, why I have no clue. I think there is a youth week the week before.

Seems like forever away. Next weekend is the youth weekend, so no scouting/ listening.
We will try and sneak out and build a couple blinds and maybe roost a bird.
Good thing is our season starts early and will be over by the time some of ya'll get going; so
We can still follow the team and be involved in it longer.
I love youth season!! I'm going to be in Jeff City opening morning with a bunch of my welding kiddos. If my 8 year old nephew doesn't score opening day, I get to hunt with them on the second day.
March 15. The way things are right now, we are in a terrible pattern for lots of flooding. Hope this pattern changes before the opener. If not, I'll be needing waders to hunt.
march 15th. I hunt hill country. flooding shouldn't matter, looks like it might be cold though. Seems like it always is opening day.
April 16th here in WV. I will be in FL over Easter break for a week. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to work in a hunt

Got the decoys in the bag, got vest loaded and ready. All we need is some cooperation from the turkey gods, and birds that want to play. Hunting with my 2 younger brothers and my wife. Lots of birds in this property so we'll scatter like quail when the start talking. Wife gets first crack at one on opening day, normally scores,lol. We'll be hunting wood blocks and bigger green cattle fields. I'm gonna let my full strutter decoy do most the work. He always comes through for me,lol.

First opening Day I have missed in a long time.
Work...Not getting anything done anyways, minds on the gobble.
