Title: Video: Hunting blind shelf for your turkey calls.
Post by: allchokedup on March 02, 2014, 09:30:50 AM
I made the shelf out of 1x6 and some 1x2. Purchased felt and spray glue at the Hobby Lobby. Glued Scotch Brite pads were my strikers rest and it makes it real simple to condition them when needed. I installed some hooks in the front to hang things like a rangefinder or hunting arrows.
The mounting brackets are just a flat piece of metal about 14" long that I purchased at Lowes.
And of course, a cup holder for your coffee.
This is real simple to make, but if you have any questions just let me know.
Later, David

Impressive, and damn useful! I'm always setting things down on the ground when I hunt out of a blind. This is much better.
