A Snakewood trumpet I am finishing up soon, not glued together here, but just about ready. Sending 2 lipstops with this trumpet, a matching Snakewood and one regular.

Haven't made too many wood lipstops, may need to experiment a bit and see if I can hear a difference. The lipstop is certainly important, so maybe it does affect tone.......I do like the looks of them.
