So, we've been doing our "tank tough" handcrafted holsters for, going on 4 years. They remain, essentially, unchanged except for when we've tweaked them and made them even better. Everything you need to keep your calls safe and protected.......nothing you don't need. Response has been.....at times.....overwhelming. And we sincerely thank Shannon and the OG family for a great portion of that.
The previous classified threads have gotten pretty huge. If you wanna read comments from customers........read a little history of how we got here........go back and check it out. But, I've decided to just streamline the whole thing into this one, simpler post.

Due to a very strong response, we are (temporarily) out of friction holsters and short box/fiddle box holsters.
A new run is in the works and we expect to be back in business with those two in a week or two. You may still put an order in to reserve one when they are completed.
We are still reasonably well stocked with long box and hen box holsters.
A HUGE "thanks !! " to all who have supported our efforts !!!!!
If you don't have one, get one. Can't say enough about these holsters.
Here's my most important call I have. Been running this Snodgrass long box for 20 years and it ONLY goes in a tank tough Yoder holster.

Hey y'all I just have to brag on Yoder409 and the holsters he's making a little bit. If you're contemplating getting one, do yourself a favor and order from him because his are perfect!
After procrastinating too long, I just had a longbox holster show up today that I ordered on Thursday or Friday last week. I really don't know how I lived without this thing for so long. He makes a great, great product and I'm extremely impressed with his communication, shipping, and all around workmanship. I also reached out to him mentioning that I was hoping to have the holster for a hunt coming up next week and he took care of that faster than I even thought possible. Again, great service!
I have quite a few very nice custom calls and the one that is kind of my prized possessions is a Marlin Watkins Fiddle Paddle longbox I picked up a year or so ago. I don't carry a longbox that often, but when I have in the past never had a great way to protect it and it just doesn't carry really well in any of the vests I own. So much so that I didn't even own a longbox because I had sold the 2 others I had until I picked up this one. Then of course I didn't hardly carry it because of some concern over jacking it all up crawling and moving through the woods. Not tying to sound like a commercial but I think I can surely put that concern to rest. I have another short box holster I use for other calls occasionally and this one just fits this longbox like a glove a lot better than the other. Can't wait to really put it through the paces next week and I'll try and remember to snap some action pics from the hills and hollers of GA.

I am not really a box call hunter, but recently decided to give them a go as something new and different....I ordered a Long Box holster from Yoder409 to protect my investment, and man are these things a bargain. On the short box holster, do these fit snug enough with most short boxes that it keeps the call quiet? Or do you still need to use a rubber band or something similar to prevent it from making noise?
The fit keeps most calls tight and quiet. But I toss in a simple, but very effective, leather silencer band...........just in case.

Yes. The holsters are designed to be used on a belt up to 1 3/4" wide.
As far as attachment to a PALS grid...........best way I could maybe suggest would be to punch a row of holes along each side of the holster and lace it in with paracord or similar.
