Title: Mossberg SA-20/ Remington 870 20
Post by: macobb on August 13, 2020, 07:38:39 PM
Has anyone found a collapsible stock for the Mossberg SA-20 bantam? Also what chokes are y'all using vs pellets at 40yds?

I would also like a collapsible stock for my Remington 870 youth model 20 gauge.

I put a ATI 3 on my daughters 870 youth. No issues. Comfortable. Fits well, no adapter plate needed... Ordered from Optics Planet site. I use the gun more then her. I also changed out forearm with slightly longer Remington model from their site.

Not sure on the stocks. Remington 20 gauge likes .555, you should try a SumToy.

Good luck.

I went through combat hunting.com for my H&R tactical stock. Reasonable prices, and great service!
I'm using a SumToy .562 and federal #9's, getting about 230 pellets in the 10" circle at 40 yards.

Have not seen a collapsible stock for the SA, I shoot tss handloaded 9s or 9.5 1 5/8th oz.  The factory turkey tube performed really well for the first 3 season I used the gun, found a deal on an Indian Creek in .555 that is ridiculous at longer range and still had enough wiggle room up close for me.
