My neighbor Marty Liggins lost his battle with cancer Saturday night at the young age of 55. I went over about a week ago and talked to Marty for a while about guns. I could tell he was hurting, but he was still of sound mind as we talked rifles and he still seemed pretty sharp as usual.

Some of you may have heard of Marty as he's written articles and taken pics for a few rifle mags. He was a good fella and we always had something to talk about since we are both gun nuts.

It's sad to see folks pass for sure. I really hate it for his young grandkids that will never see their Papaw while growing up.
