This ole boy got a pass last night. He came right to the call and danced around it, then he figured he had been duped. I was able to get him to stop with a few lip squeeks.

Lucky critter. I had a coyote come into my calls this spring, but before I could draw a bead he must have scented me and scooted.
At least you are seeing Foxes, while I no longer shoot them, I like to see them on occasion. Unfortunatly the coyotes are giving them a very hard time in my area. I'm up to six coyotes so far from June of last year and hopefully more to go.
Unfortunately the coyotes did not want to play last night, we ran 6 sets thru the morning hours. I ended up going to sleep around 5 am still pumped to hunt but too tired to keep going.

Nice..I like to hear other guys give them a pass also and just take it out on the coyotes.
