Is there any call makers/ companies that make a smaller framed call for youths? My 8 yr old son set out yesterday to learn how to use a mouth call. He has picked it up quick however, I think it would make a world of difference if the call fit him better. I've trimmed the tape and bent the frame slightly to try and help but it still seems big for him. Any recommendations?

Hooks makes small frame diaphragms...don't know about others. Plus their prices are more reasonable than many.
