I just saw something online that said Kentucky was closed to NR and my buddy got an email from Nebraska game and fish that said something similar? I've seen where some say they know people who are there already hunting but maybe they did this after they bought tags already and before the masses take out for firearm season? Good luck. Anyone have anything else to add here?
NR are out of NE. If you had a permit you can hunt. NR landowners can hunt too.
Do you know for fact KY is shut down to NR?

Things are changing by the minute. No clue what info that is accurate today won't be rescinded tomorrow. I'm lucky to live in FL where our season is well underway. Any thoughts of a hunt to OH or PA late in their seasons are probably dreams at this point.
Missouri as issued a stay at home order starting 4/6 running through 4/24 at this time. With season this years starting on 4/20 if order is lifted on the 24th I would assume non residents would be able to hunt the first weekend and the 2nd and 3rd weeks as most do anyway. Hide and watch I guess.
Just tried to look at it. This is the message it shows. (https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20200404/35587bf6a38b00ed34e6f22f501d93eb.jpg)

I seen it on instagram. The guy that does music for the pinhole project , the hunting public and some others Jim Ryser. Is where I seen it. He posted a link to the Kentucky DNR website. If you look at the cover-19 updates on that page you will see it. If you have already bought a license go as long as you can follow the order the governor has in place. Theres also a list of the campgrounds that are closed
I would call kdfwr about a refund if you already have a license. At this point if you enter the state you have to imediately self quarantine for 14 days. Governor just signed an order permitting retired law enforcement to come back on active duty no strings attached to assist.
F U Coronavirus!!
