Anyone dealt with them since they switched hands? Recently placed an order and no tracking number and not returning messages.
I have ordered from them and had great customer service. I wouldnt worry.

Thanks. Not too worried just frustrating that they tell you your order has shipped but dont provide a tracking # or answer an email.
They're a good outfit but I think they're in some sort of limbo business wise. I thought I heard they were going out of business but I just got a choke from them and everything went well.

Midwest is up and running. The business was bought in January and the new owners got off to a late start. That said they seem to be doing good but I think it's like anything else and there is a learning curve. After dealing with them from the other side as a supplier I look for them to be in full swing next year.
