The fat lady may not be singing, but she's warming up! It's been a great season, but can't say that I'm sad to see it end. When you hunt practically everyday, you are usually just as happy to see it go as you were to see it get here - that is the case for me this year. Looking forward to catching up on my sleep & honey-dos and then it will be time to stat thinking about bow season :z-guntootsmiley:

yepper i feel the same way.but it is sort of sad knowing season won't b back for another spring. we got 2 more days here in OH..going with the son tomorrow.way behind with the honey-do's
I will be glad to catch up on some rest. I have wasted 2 weeks on an un-killable-by-me-bird! I do have 1 tag left in Tn though. Thinking about hunting somewhere else these last couple days. The ticks are getting bad, my yard had seeded out for the 3rd time this year and my list of chores has trippled.
Got a fishing trip to Canada in June then a mule deer hunt in New Mexico in late oct. Really needs to get organized before those dates come up.
i too have lost my motivation.....probably would have been a good day to be after em', but I'm just layin around the house instead....when february rolls around we'd all kill for a day to hunt...it's been a good year!
Well, I tried to kick her in the troat, but hit her gut With my round house and it bounced off and smacked me in my nose.
This was a TOUGH and humbling season for me. I soory I didnt put up the numbers I was expecting for the team, but Im happy I walked away with the kills and hunts that I did.
