Title: 1st Ontario bird of 2011

I have had lots of action but unable to seal the deal until yesterday. Flock came out into the field at 645 am and fed around. 3 good toms strutting for the hens but they payed me no mind. A lone tom came out across the field but 2 jakes ran him off 3 different times. After the flock left the field the lone tom came back into the field. A little sweet talk on my Dan Kendall call and he came all the way across the field to check me out. Dropped him at 20 yds.
