I haven't got a chance to get out yet, but they're popping in my area of Oklahoma. I'll be getting out friday to try and find me some.

They are popping up in TN, but I haven't found any yet. I'll be going back out tomorrow afternoon to look for some!

Thanks for the heads up as I had clean forgotten about them. With this early warm up they should be up soon (if not already) in Va.

What part of Indiana bowguy?  Assume southern?  Tons of rain and warm temps today, tomorrow colder.

For those unaware, go to The Great Morel website and check out their Sightings Map. Kind of exciting watching them get closer and closer.

That's very surprising.  I'm central of the state and die hard shroomer.  I just noticed first tint of green in the grass today.  Might be a good year!

Have I mentioned that I hate you guys? ;D
I mostly turkey hunt in Florida and the Lowcountry of S Carolina. No morels there. :'(
I've found them in Ohio and WV while hunting up there. Man, I LOVE me some morels!!! :z-flirtysmile3: :love5:
