Title: stronger magnets for Alps Grand Slam

 :morning:  I'm trying to find the best magnets to use to replace the weak ones on my Alps Grand Slam vest.  I've heard of folks replacing these but can't remember where they got them.

I got some off Amazon that are super strong. About the size of a quarter but even thru the material they are almost too much. Neodymium magnets.

I would love to switch mine out. The magnets they come with definitely are not strong enough.

Not magnets but another option. The magnets with the vest were never strong enough for my taste either.

I'm in the same boat here. When you guys got the aftermarket magnets, how did you end up attaching or inserting them? Did you cut out the factory ones and just put the new ones in and sew it back up?
