Glen Marrer (Glenm),  Lonnie Sneed and Chris Jones (Harmondencalls) for pot calls
Jeff McKamey (JMCK) and Al Shoemaker (SS Custom Calls) for box calls.

Wendell Rye and Andy Kaiser both have excellent reputations for pot-peg calls that have a real turkey built right in.  They are also great guys to deal with and their craftsmanship is superb.

i'm gonna be very frank and perfectly honest, lots of folks want like this but you should stick with what you have been using, you will have to dig and hunt and spend piles upon piles of money to find something else as good and maybe just a shade better, i know i have tried.  they are just hard to beat and are readily available.  if you wanna sell some of your old calls though shoot me a pm.

I can only speak for the ones I have, but holler at roostem33, I have one of his slates made from padouk I believe and it sounds great. Also Lee at misfire game calls make a great waterproof striker if your ever in the market.

There are several very good call makers right here on Old Gobbler. So far I have a pot call from Lights Out that sounds great, a box call from Gobblez that is my favorite box call I own, and a trumpet call ordered from pappy that should be here any day. I also own a Woodhaven Classic walnut slate that sounds awesome too, so I can't say anything bad about Woodhaven calls.
