Well, after Killing a good Tom during our opening week, the gobblers in my neck of the woods are in lock down. 10 days hard hunting and just a few distant gobbles. To stave off boredom and keep my focus I decided to painted a scene I saw quite a few years ago, on the edge of one of my Duck Hunting spots in late evening. It's oil on Canvas and I call it
"Big Swamp Roost."
