Title: Late may in NW NE

Anybody  hunted the last week a may in NW Nebraska? WIfe wants to go with and was wondering if I'll hear much gobbling that late.

It was tough last year.  I got lucky and killed a bird but he wasn't talking.  Only gobbling bird my son and I had hung up just out of range for him.  It was pretty much over by the last week of May.

Prob depends year to year but they were winding down last year around that time. Went couple years ago around May 10 and they were Hot!

My experience was hunting sw Nebraska the last week of season two years ago.  Probably is some variation from year to year.
