Can anyone give me a recommendation for a high quality books on turkeys, hunting etc? Not a beginner style book but a good quality book with in depth knowledge? I good example of a comparison would be like Ray Bergman's "Trout"?

Try Gene Nunnery, Kenny Morgan, John McDaniel, Dave Harbour, Lovett Williams "Wild Turkey Hunting and Management", these authors are a good start.
Here is a thread I started when I got here where many people suggested some books to me as well. Lot of good ones there. http://oldgobbler.com/Forum/index.php/topic,82172.msg797502.html#msg797502
"Bearded Birds" by Larry F Hudson
"Turkey hunters digest" by Jim Spencer
Gene Nunery " old turkey pro". Kenny Morgans " one man game" and "wild turkeys , America and Mongrel dogs". And John Eddleman " East of the slash".
