I am from WV and our season starts April 20th. I have family that live near Strawberry Plains, TN that we often visit. I am interested in bringing my 12 and 14 year old boys down for the youth hunt and to hunt some the first week of season as their spring break here in WV is the first week of spring turkey season in Tennessee. I am looking for any advice on public land that we may be able to chase a couple birds on within driving distance to Strawberry Plains. I think the North Cumberland WMA is the closest area I have found. If anyone has any private land connections, I would be willing to swap a WV hunt on private for a TN hunt on private.
