My son has grown out of the CD youth and is wanting to carry the M2 this spring. What sights are you running on yours? This gun has not been drilled and tapped.
I would drill and tap it if you want to run a sight.
I drilled and tapped mine and put a ff3 on it .
I put a speedbead on mine with an FFIII
FF3 with Sumtoy mount.
Sumtoy mount drilled and tapped and a Vortex Venom 3 moa
I called a local gunsmith here in Idaho. He told me it would run $145 to drill and tap. That seems crazy to me. What is the going rate? What I should do is drill and tap the cd youth model. The very best pattern I've ever shot came out of that tiny gun. I've always hated this Benelli. But its paid for and it's what my son shoots at ducks. Now he's wanting to carry it for turkeys. The poi is super high on it. So we're going to have to do something if he's going to use it.
I run the gobbler dot pros from tru glo that gun if it's a 20 gauge will take the 6mm in size

25$ a hole is a very standard price among a lot of gunsmiths, I paid $75 for 4 holes to get mine done.
that sounds right about what I paid here in Ms.
I just put a Eotech 512 on mine. Absolutely love it. Looks a little bulky but I don't care. I like effective more than pretty. My concern was weight at first but it's comfortable to carry and still way lighter than SBE 11 12 gauge.
