Title: Illinois permit question

If I get a 4th season permit in the non-resident draw, and there are leftovers, can I get another 4th season permit? Thereby allowing me two birds? Thanks

Yes. You can get up to three permits

Agreed, 3 total permits, even if there all same county and season!
