Duplicate gift.  I already got one from a buddy I called a gobbler in for.  The red top is real raspy. Red slate, I think, is the hardest slate, almost as hard as glass. Gray slate bottom is a good sound contrast. Both sides have worked very well for me.  If you haven't used a red slate call yet this should be the next call you try.   it.  $60 TYD
