If I buy a PA non-resident license this fall will it still be valid for the 2020 spring turkey season? Many States such as OH have a March 1st to Feb 28th license year so a 2019 fall hunt in OH would require a new license for spring turkey 2020. Just doing a little advance planning and thought this would be easy to find on different states' web sites. It isn't in many locations. For anyone looking at Florida a license here is good for one year from date of purchase but FL is one of very few states that doesn't require an annual license to hunt deer or turkey. A ten day license is legal to hunt FL for either. Thanks for any replies.
If you buy a pa license in fall, your license is good for spring turkey season in 2020.

Here is a link to the Pa. Hunting & Trapping Digest for July 1 2019 - June 30 2020.
Thanks for the info - I got tired and frustrated trying to find the exact time period. With luck the snowbird cousins in Gouldsboro will still be there when squirrel opens on their nearby State Game Lands and we can use that time to scout around. That should give me a head start next spring. We'll see.
Good luck!
