Well I feel for you guys. The public land hunting in PA is like buzzards circling a fresh road kill when a gobbler sounds off or if they even hear a hen / hunter. I had a good taste of it this morning. No gobbling but a guy that sounded terrible on a mouth call was mistaken by other guys for some gobbling and guess where the guy that was sounding like a sick duck decided to set up?
I wont ever hunt public land again in PA on a Saturday unless it's a good couple mile hike in.
