While cutting some saplings out of the way for my blind last week,the blade fell out of my saw and some of the parts landed in the muck and were gone.. The saw was maybe 3 years old but I had hardly ever used it. Gerber advised me send it in and they would let me know if it was under warranty. I sent it to Oregon on April 25th and got a brand new saw in today's mail. Wow. That was fast.Three thumbs up to Gerber.
Last year a found a nice gerber multi-tool in the woods while turkey hunting. It had been there for awhile and the knife blade was broken. I sent it to Gerber with a note explaining that I had found it and would pay for a new blade. A few days later and I got a brand new one in the mail and no bill ever came. They are good!

That's great to hear. I haven't had a problem with their products but it's great to know they back them up.
